I believe in assessing and tailoring counselling to fit the individual requirements of the client, therefore I am a technically eclectic counsellor, using a range of therapies, including Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Psychosynthesis techniques, within a framework of Egan’s 3 Stage Model. This ensures that the counselling is designed to suit your needs, rather than you having to fit my theories.
I can also offer a combination of 30 minutes Reiki and 45 minutes Counselling which is very effective method of treating emotional and stress related issues.
