Confidentiality
Everything you say to us is completely confidential. We are guided by the B.A.C.P code of conduct and confidentiality. We are supervised by a qualified Counsellor & Supervisor in accordance with the B.A.C.P rules.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us within 24hrs of your appointment if you have to cancel, otherwise normal rates apply.
We will give you 1 weeks notice of change of appointment and holidays. Cancellations will only occur in emergencies.
